Who we are
This policy covers sportonepulse.com, operated under the name OnePulse ("we", "us"). It explains what information is handled when you visit the site and play Spikeline 21.
What we collect
You don't need an account to play, and we don't ask for your name, address or payment details. Your game balance exists only in your browser's memory while the page is open, and it's never sent to us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. These are used to keep the site secure and running, and they're kept for a limited period.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you.
Cookies and storage
The site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
How we use information
We use information only to run and secure the site and to respond to messages. We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Retention
Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and then deleted within a reasonable period. Server logs are rotated automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. Email support@sportonepulse.com with "Privacy" in the subject line and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
The site is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
